At RB Naturel Herbs, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Custom-Made Products

All herb capsules sold by RB Naturel Herbs are custom-made to order.

Because each order is prepared specifically for the customer:

Orders require additional preparation time

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or canceled

Please allow 2–5 business days for preparation before shipping.

1. Order Processing Time

Custom herb capsule orders are processed within  2–5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping begins after preparation is complete 

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently ship orders using standard shipping carriers (such as USPS or similar).

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or listed on the product page.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

RB Naturel Herbs is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delays or lost packages due to address errors

5. Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather conditions

Carrier delays

Holidays

Events outside our control

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)

7. International Shipping (Optional)

International shipping is available. Delivery times and customs fees may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
