Refund Policy

At RB Naturel Herbs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of our products (herbal and wellness items), all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during shipping, or

Incorrect (wrong product sent),

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item received

If approved, we will: Replace the item or Issue a refund to the original payment method

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier
